Whoa there, girl! Hold your horses - before you get excited seeing you can get a "rare" dress for free..note that its only if you upgrade to a Superstar. Remember those Voile offers Stardoll had way back? It's sort of like that, but "rarer" and in a "limited edition."
I don't really like the dress in my opinion. It's cute, yeah, but it looks as if its made using StarDesign.
